Welcome!

Here you’ll be able to share stuff on Higher Education, be it applying to universities or applying for scholarships. This was created because we learnt the ropes mostly by ourselves and from a few friends throughout our journey. We hope that as more of you share, you will benefit from everyone else’s knowledge and experiences.

=====

Note from June 2016:

We haven't added too much new content recently because we've both (TJC 05/06 grads) gone through the scholarship process, studied in the UK and US, graduated again, and now work in Singapore and New York. However, it's been heartening to see students (from TJC & other schools) reach out and come back to this site after all these years. I believe this still proves that there is a need for more information about going overseas and if there is significant enough interest, I could add more information or port this to a site that doesn't look like it's from the 2000s.

If you've found this useful and/or want to pay it forward, I'd love to hear from you. You can reach me here: yansim.com

Looking forward to hearing from you all,

Yan Liang

Just an update for the calendar: the suntec convention centre website lists this year's US Universities fair as 26 Jul, from 10am to 5pm. Link here: http://www.suntecsingapore.com/calendar/index2.pl?MONTH=7&YEAR=2009#
